US Orders
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days with tracking = $10 or less.
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 days with tracking = $18 or less.
- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
- Expedited 2-5 day shipping available on orders over $75 at the customer's expense.
International Orders
We offer shipping to selected international countries (link here) outside the United States.
- Estimated shipping time: 8-14 business days.
- Customer notification of local duties and taxes to be paid before delivery.
- Customer responsibility for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.
- All orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped within the next 24 hours from Monday to Thursday.
- For orders placed on Friday (before 12pm), Saturday and Sunday, they will be shipped on the following Monday.
- We do not offer free exchanges. To exchange for a different item, please create a return here & place a new order for the correct item.
All US returns are subject to a $5.00 return fee.

Pug loves this silicone lick mat for his peanut butter and kibble dinner! He’s been using the harder square Lickimat for years and it finally wore out so we tried this one for a change. It’s only the first day but it’s keeping him busier for longer trying to get every last bit of peanut butter out! Only snag was I loaded it on the granite countertop and the suction cups stuck and it was hard to get it off without the kibble popping out all over the place. Will try a piece of paper under it tomorrow, no way will he sit patiently until I’ve finished loading it on the floor!

The Paradise Lick Mat is quite likely the best pet product I’ve ever purchased. It is attractive, and it does its job. Then into the dishwasher, then ready for another round.
This lick mat is gorgeous, and my puppy (5 mo.) chewed through it one day of use. Perhaps, it was my fault (short attention span? not supervising? ) or just growing pains of having a puppy who chews on everything or maybe this mat is more suitable for adult doggies. A little nervous to purchase another one.

I am sorry to hear your pup chewed up the lick mat. We do encourage owners to supervise there dogs with the lick mats while using, especially as puppies and still in training. Silicone is a very durable, long lasting material but like many materials it can't withstand prolonged chewing (my pup once chewed through a wooden table leg).
