FAQ

For puzzle play, fill the center "saucer" with dry treats or kibble and snap the two silicone halves together. Your dog will have to roll, nudge, and flip the toy to release the treats, providing excellent mental stimulation.

Yes! You can separate the two halves and use the interior textured surfaces as a lick mat. Spread peanut butter, yogurt, or wet food on the inside for a calming, stationary enrichment activity.

It is available in two sizes to suit different breeds: Small (4.75" x 2.25") for cats and small dogs, and Large (6.25" x 2.5") for medium to large dogs.

Yes. The Flying Saucer is made of durable food-grade silicone that is easy to clean. Simply pull the two halves apart and place them in the dishwasher or wash with hot soapy water.

The Flying Saucer is designed for gentle to moderate play and mental enrichment. While made of durable silicone, it is not intended for chewing. We always recommend supervising play to ensure the toy remains intact.

US Orders

- Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days with tracking = $10 or less.

- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 days with tracking = $18 or less.

- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).

- Expedited 2-5 day shipping available on orders over $75 at the customer's expense.

International Orders

We offer shipping to selected international countries (link here) outside the United States.

- Estimated shipping time: 8-14 business days.

- Customer notification of local duties and taxes to be paid before delivery.
