US Orders
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days with tracking = $10 or less.
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 days with tracking = $18 or less.
- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
- Expedited 2-5 day shipping available on orders over $75 at the customer's expense.
International Orders
We offer shipping to selected international countries (link here) outside the United States.
- Estimated shipping time: 8-14 business days.
- Customer notification of local duties and taxes to be paid before delivery.
- Customer responsibility for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.
- All orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped within the next 24 hours from Monday to Thursday.
- For orders placed on Friday (before 12pm), Saturday and Sunday, they will be shipped on the following Monday.
- We do not offer free exchanges. To exchange for a different item, please create a return here & place a new order for the correct item.
All US returns are subject to a $5.00 return fee.

Nellie loves her bone! As a puppy, she is constantly chewing and playing with her bone. It has remained sustainable throughout her nibbles and play.
Yay! Millie loves her bone. With how often she ends up eating parts of her toys we have such peace of mind knowing the materials are non-toxic/digestible and help keep her teeth clean. We had been looking for low-impact pup things for a while so we were really psyched to come across Awoo - really happy the wool is also ethically sourced too! Of course, we had to get the one that matched her collar and leash, LOL :)

I was so excited to get my Labsky this canvas puzzle toy last year for Christmas, but she chewed right through the canvas to get to the treats. I think the fact that it's flat makes it too difficult for her to get the treats. She got frustrated and just chewed her way through it, and I had to take it away from her, so she didn't swallow any of the pieces.
I love the idea of it, but the construction needs some major work.

My puppy LOVES this toy, however she had it less than a week before it started unravelling and the filling came out. I have had to stitch it up myself twice now so she can keep chewing on it- she loves it that much! She is tough on it, for sure, but I was surprised it only lasted her a couple days. I would recommend this toy for a dog that doesn't chew as much as a teething puppy.
Within minutes of giving this toy to our small dog, she unraveled the bottom edge and we had to pull long strings from her mouth. She hasn’t had access to the toy since then and she never will! The felt star is an excellent toy/ far superior in safety.
Our lab mix loves all the felt toys, and I don’t worry about him accidentally swallowing something toxic.

I train Australian labradoodle pups exclusively, and I LOVE this item! I try to send them home with each puppy, to help set their families up for success through adolescence, and it’s a product I trust to be safe as well - I’ve done my research on the makers and the product quality.
