Yes! The Comet's Tail felt toy is designed with a sturdy organic cotton and jute rope "stem" that runs through the wool felt flower. This reinforced core makes it durable enough for enthusiastic games of tug-of-war while remaining soft on your dog's mouth.

This toy is 100% plastic-free. It is handcrafted from organic wool felt (sourced from New Zealand and Patagonia) and natural organic cotton/jute rope. We use only non-toxic, azo-free dyes to ensure it is safe for your pet to chew.

Yes. To clean, hand wash the toy with mild soap and cold water. Squeeze out excess moisture and let it air dry completely. Do not put it in the washing machine or dryer, as heat can shrink the wool felt.

Our wool felt is a natural fiber that is generally safer than synthetic plastics. If small fibers are ingested during play, they are digestible and should pass through your dog's system safely. However, always supervise play and remove the toy if large pieces are torn off.

Yes! As your dog bites into the dense wool felt and fibrous rope, the texture acts like dental floss, helping to scrub plaque and tartar from their teeth and gums during play.

US Orders

- Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days with tracking = $10 or less.

- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 days with tracking = $18 or less.

- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).

- Expedited 2-5 day shipping available on orders over $75 at the customer's expense.

International Orders

We offer shipping to selected international countries (link here) outside the United States.

- Estimated shipping time: 8-14 business days.

- Customer notification of local duties and taxes to be paid before delivery.

- Customer responsibility for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.

- All orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped within the next 24 hours from Monday to Thursday.

- For orders placed on Friday (before 12pm), Saturday and Sunday, they will be shipped on the following Monday.

- We do not offer free exchanges. To exchange for a different item, please create a return here & place a new order for the correct item. 

All US returns are subject to a $5.00 return fee.
