Products that cannot be sold as brand new are eligible. The line consists of functionally perfect items with visible imperfections due to use in photoshoots, pop up displays, or in press packages. The line will also include gently worn returned and rePAWposed Awoo products that are carefully inspected and deemed safe for purchase secondhand.

Following the careful inspection of each item, we clean and sanitize, patch and repair each item to like new. We then individually photograph and note each imperfection before listing them on the FURever Awoo shop section of the website.

We do! We donate roughly half of our rePAWposed or eligible items to animal resuces and we will continue to do so. With FURever Awoo we aim to encourage circular reinvestment and the concept of recommerce.

YES! Whether your gear is still in great condition, or they look like they have been thoroughly loved -we still want you to rePAWpose them. We will cycle the items we can through our FURever Awoo program, disassemble those that are no longer functional and responsibly recycle the rest.

FURever Awoo items are non-returnable. Please read the description of the product for the details about the condition of the product. Be sure to check our Size Guide to correctly measure your dog if you are unsure what size is suitable.
