Awoo Gift Cards are digital-only products delivered instantly via email. You will receive a unique code and instructions on how to redeem it at checkout immediately after purchase. No physical cards are shipped.

Yes. You can enter the recipient's email address at checkout, or forward the gift card email to them yourself. You can also print the digital card or share the unique link via text.

No, Awoo Gift Cards never expire. They can be used whenever your recipient is ready to pick out their favorite enrichment gear or accessories.

Yes. If the order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases. You can also use a gift card and a discount code on the same order.

You can check your current balance by clicking the "View Gift Card" link in your original email. If you can't find the email, contact our support team and we can resend the link for you.

US Orders

- Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days with tracking = $10 or less.

- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 days with tracking = $18 or less.

- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).

- Expedited 2-5 day shipping available on orders over $75 at the customer's expense.

International Orders

We offer shipping to selected international countries (link here) outside the United States.

- Estimated shipping time: 8-14 business days.

- Customer notification of local duties and taxes to be paid before delivery.

- Customer responsibility for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.

- All orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped within the next 24 hours from Monday to Thursday.

- For orders placed on Friday (before 12pm), Saturday and Sunday, they will be shipped on the following Monday.

- We do not offer free exchanges. To exchange for a different item, please create a return here & place a new order for the correct item. 

All US returns are subject to a $5.00 return fee.

We are unble to offer free returns for International orders.
