For the strongest hold, clean both the surface and the suction cup with a damp cloth to remove any dust. Press the center of the suction cup firmly against the surface to create a tight vacuum seal. Works best on smooth glass, mirrors, or clean ceramic tile.

You can fill the puzzle compartment with small dry kibble, freeze-dried meat treats, or the included organic catnip. The flexible silicone ridges are designed to let cats work the treats out slowly during play.

- Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days with tracking = $10 or less.

- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 days with tracking = $18 or less.

- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).

- Expedited 2-5 day shipping available on orders over $75 at the customer's expense.

International Orders

We offer shipping to selected international countries (link here) outside the United States.

- Estimated shipping time: 8-14 business days.
