FAQ

The Knot Today features folds and crevices within the "monkey fist" knot. You can hide small treats or kibble deep inside these folds, turning it into a snuffle ball that challenges your dog to sniff and work to retrieve the snacks.

Yes. The dense knot structure makes it heavy enough to throw for a good game of fetch. It's soft on your dog's teeth when they catch it, unlike hard rubber or plastic balls.

Yes. Since you hide treats inside, it may need cleaning. Hand wash with mild soap and water to remove food residue. Ensure it dries completely (which may take longer due to the density) to prevent mold.

The Knot Today is suitable for small to medium dogs. Larger dogs might find it too small, so always choose a size appropriate for your dog to prevent choking hazards.

It has a soft, thud-like bounce, not a high springy bounce like a tennis ball. This makes it great for indoor play as it won't damage furniture or make loud noises on hard floors.

- Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days with tracking = $10 or less.

- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 days with tracking = $18 or less.

- Free Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 days on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).

- Expedited 2-5 day shipping available on orders over $75 at the customer's expense.

International Orders

We offer shipping to selected international countries (link here) outside the United States.

- Estimated shipping time: 8-14 business days.

- Customer notification of local duties and taxes to be paid before delivery.

- Customer responsibility for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.

- All orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped within the next 24 hours from Monday to Thursday.

- For orders placed on Friday (before 12pm), Saturday and Sunday, they will be shipped on the following Monday.

All US returns are subject to a $5.00 return fee.
