Awoo has sourced materials that are more earth-friendly, and we have consciously kept the chemical makeup of each material pure so it can be easily recycled.
We try to process orders as quickly as possible so please contact hello@awoopets.com within 5 hours of placing your order with the confirmation number and ‘Change of Item’ OR ‘Change of Address’ in the subject of the email and we will manually update your information before your order ships.
Shipping (US Orders)
We currently offer 3 shipping options at a fixed price;
- Standard - 3 to 10 day with tracking= $10 or less
- Expedited - 2 to 5 day with tracking= $18 or less
- Free standard 3 to 10 day shipping on orders over $75, before taxes & duties.
- *Expedited 2-5 day shipping available on orders over $75 at customer's expense*
All orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped within the next 24-48 hours Monday to Thursday.
For orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
Exchanges (US Orders)
We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our team. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
Returns (US Orders)
If you and your pup are not 100% happy with your purchase, click here to create a return within 30 days of placing the order and we will issue a prepaid shipping label and provide details on processing your refund.
Please be aware all returns are subject to a $2.50 restocking fee.
Once your returned item is received, it will be processed within 1 week. Once processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and send a confirmation email.

Bone Felt Toy
Yay! Millie loves her bone. With how often she ends up eating parts of her toys we have such peace of mind knowing the materials are non-toxic/digestible and help keep her teeth clean. We had been looking for low-impact pup things for a while so we were really psyched to come across Awoo - really happy the wool is also ethically sourced too! Of course, we had to get the one that matched her collar and leash, LOL :)
