Place items with their brass hardware in a pillowcase or washing bag and wash on cold setting with standard detergent. Hang to air dry.
To clean the brass; Squeeze half lemon into bowl. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda to bowl to create paste. Gently rub paste in one direction on brass. Rinse off and dry. Buff with clean, dry cloth. Repeat as necessary until brass shines.
Please be aware lighter colors will show the appearance of dirt faster than darker colors. Follow care instructions to restore items to like-new condition.

We currently offer 3 shipping options at a fixed price;
Standard - 3 to 10 day with tracking= $10 or less
Expedited - 2 to 5 day with tracking= $18 or less
Free standard 3 to 10 day shipping on orders over $100, before taxes & duties.

All orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped next working day Monday to Thursday.
For orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
Exchanges (US Orders)
We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
Returns (US Orders)
If you and your pup are not 100% happy with your purchase, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of placing the order and we will issue a prepaid shipping label as well as details on processing your refund.
Please be aware we charge a $2.50 restocking fee on all returns.
Once the item is received, it usually takes 1 week to process. Once processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and send a confirmation email.
